Payment Fee Is Applicable Upon Card Replacement Due To Loss Of The Smart ID Card Or In Case Of Change Of Name/Info As Follows :
(i) LOST/DAMAGED CARD MNIC 3.0
LOST/DAMAGED CARD MNIC 2.0
*One time application – Rs350
LOST/DAMAGED CARD MNIC 2.0
*One time application – Rs350
* One time application – Rs350
* Second (2nd) time loss – Rs.700
* Third (3rd) time and onwards – Rs.1000
(II) OTHER THAN LOST (example, married, divorce, change of information printed on card)
A flat payment fee of Rs.350 is applicable.
NOTE : For citizens of age 60 and above and citizens with invalidity, no matter the number of times the card is lost, a payment fee of Rs.200 is applicable
