1. Install the MWA App from Playstore or AppStore.

2. Review and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.

3. Authenticate your identity with Face ID, Touch ID, PIN or Pattern.

4. Select ‘Setup your digital Wallet’.

5. Sign in using your MauPass credentials

If your MauPass account is secured with 2FA:
Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS or email to complete the onboarding process

If your MauPass account is secured with 1FA:
Take a clear picture of the front and back of your ID card and a selfie to proceed.

6. Choose an OTP Option to proceed for onboarding.

7. When prompted, insert the OTP.

8. Enter your National ID Number and Card Body Number (CBN) found at the back of ID Card for successful registration.

9. Insert a 4-digit PIN to be used for future logins.

You can now securely access your Mobile ID.
